Thanks to everyone who has participated in and supported Franklin Street Comes Alive this past season. We hope to start the program up officially again in the Spring 2010. Stay posted as the time gets nearer and keep playing music!!
Franklin Street Comes Alive! is a six-week pilot program to bring local musicians to downtown Chapel Hill and perform on the street on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7:00 to 10:00 pm.
This new project is a partnership between the Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership and the Chapel Hill Mayor's Office to bring live music and performance outdoors to create a vibrant and lively atmosphere in the heart of our town.
